aaa.

I am supposed to be studying. i am supposed to be studying. i am supposed to be studying. LOL.

yeah. acutually i am. exams tmr than break till mid sept! WOOO!! hahas.. but here i am. typing this. woke up to a sight of bright lightning flashing across the ever grey sky as it prepared for a thunderstorm. had to head to singapore poly to help ah tong with his logistic stuffs.. so i draggeddd myself out of bed at 11am. reluctantly that is. super reluctant. adam was saying just go and all.. so no choice. AND. we're not going to pang seh him. what are friends for? got ready and by 11.30, i was ready and i hitched a ride to tamp mrt from my dad who was on his was to office. adam climbed on board at seimei and we had to content with a super long trip to dover. lots of stops. lots of people. no seats until the second last stop. how nice.

zaid was waiting for us at the sp enterance as he was helping out too. only difference is that he is from that school while we aren't. so he led us to the place. i can tell you one thing. sp is so FREAKINGLY HUGE. wuah. i think its bigger than Vivo. lol. oh wells. the event was at the back of the school. so walking there took a whole day. no la. but it was still long. hahaa..upon reaching the place, we saw a tentage located at the side of a small hill. where steps lead up to a bazzar of some sort. in the tentage, there was a stage and chairs filled up the remaining spaces. ah tong was on the stage sorting out some stuffs when we first saw him. he informed us that we only had things to do at 3. and it was only 12 plus. how nice. we slacked around, watching them set up everything and the bands fine tuning their instruments. than me adam and zaid went to mac at the canteen for lunch. how nice to have mac in your school. nvm. mac is near my house too. at least its open 24/7. heh.

after finishing our meals, 3 mc spicy meals upsize, we headed back to the tentage. it was some event to mark the opening of a room i think. they had invited a guest of honour of some sort. the mp of somewhere. yeah. oh wells. our job was super simple and easy and took about half a minute. it was to clear the stage at 3. make the stage free from all the bands instruments was the cry. that was all we had to do. all in a day's work i tell you. lol. finding nothin to do after that, adam and i met zul at dover who came from ngee ann poly, his school. we headed out to some place to play pool. zul said that place was cheap. 3.60 per hr? i think thats the price. played 4 games and left as we wanted to catch ah tong beat boxing at 6. we were 5 mins late. and his performance was 5 mins long. so u guess as much. yeah. we missed it. =/ blame sp for making their campus so freakingly and weirdly huge! haha.. when we were nearing the place, we heard him finishing than the mc talked already. so we have to just watch through zaid's phone as he recorded for us. while we were watching, they gave out free ice creams! so nice.

we left shortly after that as adam wanted to catch the ch8 7pm show. but we ended eating dinner at the canteen before heading home. 2 bucks for chicken cutlet rice with any sauce of your preference. it was yummy. aha.. reached home at ard 8pm. so to conclude, i left my house at 11am and returned home at 8pm just to help ah tong for half a minute. it must be the time difference! lol.

tmr my dad wants me to follow him bring gramps for checkup at 9am. so gotta wake up early again. and best of all, its 2.30 now. its always been the case of sleeping late but waking early. fri also gotta wake up early. doing opening. =/ why oh why did i put friday to work. its the next day of finishing my cert man! i must be crazy. haha.. my classmates want to go home club to drink after the exam.. so how am i supposed to be able to wake up in time for work on friday?? busy schedule. haha.. after work, i going to tpjc with mahdi faq and kecik to watch some dance competition. at night. late night again. see. oh wells. i can't remember if i have any plans on sat. someone get me a fone which can record all these for me! lol.

yo.

Its been long since my last post, which is why i am at blogger.com, typing out another post to contribute to my pathetic number of posts. oh wells. heck. here goes.....

i always say lots of things happen everytime i blog.. and its no different since the last post. Where to start? Ok. The 1st major thing that happened after i blogged, we went to the national stadium for the 2 soccer matches that were organised to bid a tearful farewell to the stadium. Field of Dreams was the name of the event if i didnt remember wrongly. We had a total of 8 tickets. that means 9 for the tickets times 8. that amount of money could get u a salad, st louis pork ribs, a brownie and a frappe.. can it?

we met at kallang mrt, all 8 of us. mahdi, adam, faq, kecik, "his nephew", zul, wen bin and me. the first event that kicked off was the veterans match between singapore and malaysia. quite boring actually with it being a super slow paced match and the players not creating any sort of impact whatsoever. the match which followed next was to be the complete opposite. singapore vs australia. it was classic. singapore was dominant in possession until australia scored the first goal which lead to 2 more goals past lionel lewis. singapore got trashed for the last match ever to be played in the national stadium. how nice. we headed to simpang after that for dinner.. and left at around 2am.

next will be school? school's been occurring every tue thur and sometimes sun for me.. however, all that will change when i start my diploma course come september.. mon to fri. 9 to 12pm. omg. the thought of waking up early everyday again gives me the shudders. one not so but still comforting thought would be the time to reach. 9am. quite ok. however, the cons over weigh the pros. damn early everyday and damn far just for 3 hours of school. they could have made it say on a tuesday thursday and friday, making it a 9 to 5. wont that be better? instead of travelling to city hall everyday. back and forth. ezlink not free la. on the other hand, my mum will be over the moon. she has been asking me to wake up early. well. there's her wish.

went to home club recently with my classmates.. not bad. cosy kinda place to chill and relax.. second time we went there, they had a gig. singer and a guitarist. but damn power nonetheless. people actually came just to watch them perform and leave when their done. we had beer, courtesy of joy who paid for it. 5 bucks a mug.

hmm.. we had a match against sgx united recently.. we as in adam's team. yeah. beautiful match. wells.

for the two modules we are currently having now, we have to do presentation for one of them. it was on good humor, the ice cream. it was a powerpoint presentation that has to be done by a group of 5. group work. no one likes that. everyone wanted individual work as it consisted of 50% of our marks. oh wells. on the presentation day, my group's powerpoint presentation was on its 1st slide. not kidding. letting others present first, we managed to finish it. however, we had a much needed stroke of luck. the teacher gave us the next lesson to present as it was getting late. actually, he gave us an option, to present on that day or next lesson. we chosed the latter. i edited the slides to make it more presentable and made minor additions of art work to add colour to the otherwise dull side. just minor. it was presentation day. all 6 of us (we had 6 people) went up to present. we planned to talk whenever we wanted to which gave us the chance to cover up should someone slip up or don't know what to say. it was quite smooth and during the break, one of our classmates came and told us that we had high marks. we simply couldnt believe it. a powerpoint done within 3 hours and a presentation not rehearsed in any way. who wouldnt? oh wells. i'll take it. heh.

next would be exams! this week is exam week. and a break till mid september. how cool is that. haha.. best of all, the questions and answers for the exams are given out ages ago. so the only thing we need to do is memorise. don't get jealous. but get if you feel like it. *grins evilly*

yesterday was the first time my family other than my dad came to eat at cartel. after 7 months workin there, they finally came. my mum and my sisters to be exact. ah ba placed them at table 23. i guided them. filled up with hotdogs from the harry potter movie, they wanted something light. but i wanted to give them a cartel taste. i recommended the chicken chef salad as my sister wanted a salad, the st louis pork ribs which followed up by the eastside brownie. ah ba was kind enough to give them a 15% discount. my mum was full of praise for the st louis pork ribs, commenting on how tender and nice the ribs were.. mouth watering stuff it is. and the brownie. oomph! i wished i could plonk myself down on a seat and join them. after they finished, my mum wanted to buy me something for dinner.. so i ordered the carbonara. michelle was shocked when my mum told her that she wanted to order something for me as she did not know at that time that she was my mum. so comical. yeah.

today, the usual cartel people planned to meet up for some desserts.. usual meaning mad, lee cheng, pc, ed (new addition) rave and me(lewis is in camp). however, due to unforeseen circumstances, only lee cheng, pc, ed and me met up. and instead of desserts, we had main courses and drinks. mad had to finish up her projects while rave didnt want to come due to huishan being there and all. yeah. so just the 4 of us. we ordered 3 mocha frappes and a strawberry something.. hahaha.. that was lee cheng's one. than came the main courses.. hawaiian pork chop, chicken and mushroom macaroni and a chicken lasagna.. the chicken and mushroom macaroni rocked big time.. the cream sauce was the cream de la cream.. hahaha.. superb. the pork chop was very nice too. soft and tender. this is making my tummy rumble again.

tmr. gotta wake up at 8 in order to meet adam at 9 at semei mrt platform to head to ah tong's poly to help him with some logistic stuffs. yeah. and its 1.55am now. dun noe if i can wake up on time. well, i shall try my best. wont disappoint my classmate of 5 years now wont i. ciaos.
